Creating DVD Templates

I will show you how to set your artwork to match the duplication company's template. Welcome to Toronto CD Duplication. We are proud to announce that we are about to launch are new website, a division from Azure Production Inc.

Many artwork that comes to us are usually not prepared well.

The first step to prepare your artwork is to download the template. Having the correct artwork will speed up the approval proccess.

You will need to open it up in a image editing software like Adobe Photoshop. Once you drag the template into the software, it may prompt you to adjust the resolution. Adjust it to at least 300dpi.

When the file is opened, combine your artwork layers and drag it into the template. If re-adjusting is needed, hold down shift (adobe photoshop) and drag the corner into it overlaps the template. Cover everything including the guilde lines and hole (on the DVD CD label).

If your image is significantly small, you may have to design the artwork at a higher resolution. Save your template and send it in.
